Gurucharan is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in driving strategic initiatives and delivering transformative solutions for global enterprises. His background spans ERP consulting, program management, quality assurance, and business analysis, with a strong emphasis on automation.
He has successfully led medium to large-scale global programs, including driving Oracle Cloud migration and implementation projects for Fortune Global clients. Notably, he built and led the test automation strategy for a major UK-based retail client, ensuring successful transformation outcomes.
As the Founder of Kratavo, Gurucharan is responsible for identifying high-potential global markets and building a skilled, delivery-focused workforce to meet evolving client needs.
Before founding Kratavo, Gurucharan held leadership and strategic roles at renowned IT firms such as Mastek, Wipro, Oracle, and Unisys. At Mastek, he served as a Solution Architect and Practice Lead for the Middle East, APAC, and ANZ regions, where he was instrumental in delivery management, presales, team upskilling, resource planning, and business solution architecture.
Gurucharan holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Mangalore University, India. In addition to his leadership at Kratavo, he is actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures, reflecting his passion for innovation and business growth.
D. R. Rao is an accomplished business leader with over 18 years of cross-functional experience in sales, distribution, and strategic planning. He has a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building strong channel partnerships, effectively managing sales operations and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. His expertise spans channel sales, general trade distribution, key accounts, direct sales, business development, sales promotions, market analysis, customer acquisition, distribution management systems, and
digital marketing.
Academically, D. R. Rao holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and
a master's degree in Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
He has also completed certification programs from the Indian Institute of
Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), further solidifying his expertise in
strategic management.
At Kratavo, he serves as a Strategy Architect, focusing on the implementation of
product roadmaps, sales and marketing strategies, and go-to-market programs to
enhance sales opportunities. He is instrumental in developing both short-term and
long-term strategic plans, as well as promotions and innovation strategies.
Parth is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience. He has held various roles, including leadership positions, across global organizations such as Mastek (Evosys), Capgemini, and Tata Consultancy Services. He specializes in Oracle ERP solutions, ERP transformation, and digital enablement.
At Mastek (Evosys), he led global solutioning, practice management, and presales across the Middle East and APAC regions, while successfully delivering 10+ end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations. His strength lies in bridging finance business processes with modern technology solutions. He is also known for working closely with CXO leadership teams to design future-ready enterprise systems.
Parth is a dynamic startup co-founder and currently serves as a Consulting Partner at Kratavo. In addition, he is the Chief Business Officer at YourERPCoach.com.
At YECC, Parth runs the training automation initiatives apart from looking at the business side of it and ERPNext division. Solving MSME and near to large enterprise problems without compromising on the solution is the motto, the team carries at YECC while running the ERPNext division.
Beyond his corporate career, Parth is a passionate entrepreneur and mentor. He actively works on change management tools and ERP enablement programs to support organizations and empower young professionals.
