His background spans ERP consulting, program management, quality assurance, and business analysis, with a strong emphasis on automation.
He has successfully led medium to large-scale global programs, including driving Oracle Cloud migration and implementation projects for Fortune Global clients. Notably, he built and led the test automation strategy for a major UK-based retail client, ensuring successful transformation outcomes.
As the Founder of Kratavo, Gurucharan is responsible for identifying high-potential global markets and building a skilled, delivery-focused workforce to meet evolving client needs.
Before founding Kratavo, Gurucharan held leadership and strategic roles at renowned IT firms such as Mastek, Wipro, Oracle, and Unisys. At Mastek, he served as a Solution Architect and Practice Lead for the Middle East, APAC, and ANZ regions, where he was instrumental in delivery management, presales, team upskilling, resource planning, and business solution architecture.
Gurucharan holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Mangalore University, India. In addition to his leadership at Kratavo, he is actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures, reflecting his passion for innovation and business growth.
D. R. Rao is an accomplished business leader with over 18 years of cross-functional experience in sales, distribution, and strategic planning. He has a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building strong channel partnerships, effectively managing sales operations and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. His expertise spans channel sales, general trade distribution, key accounts, direct sales, business development, sales promotions, market analysis, customer acquisition, distribution management systems, and
digital marketing.
Academically, D. R. Rao holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and
a master's degree in Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
He has also completed certification programs from the Indian Institute of
Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), further solidifying his expertise in
strategic management.
At Kratavo, he serves as a Strategy Architect, focusing on the implementation of
product roadmaps, sales and marketing strategies, and go-to-market programs to
enhance sales opportunities. He is instrumental in developing both short-term and
long-term strategic plans, as well as promotions and innovation strategies.
